If you can get your foxy lil' paws on a cocktail shaker, you can make this classic drink: the perfect way to end summer on a citrus-y high note. Our resident mixologist Emma got to shaking one afternoon and mixed up a delicious batch for us. Let's just say they went down easy. Cheers!
Ingredients: (serves two foxes)
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- lemon twists for garnish
Combine all ingredients--except the Champers--into a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into champagne flute. Top with Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
